Thinking I would have been better off working from home today in more suitable clothing rather than going into the office in my standard work garb. Still, glad that my car has air-con.

Ask what s106 agreements/community infrastructure levy funding the developers are offering.

It could be the heat. Keep drinking enough water and it might help.

I've noticed more and more people walking out in front of the car when crossing the road, which we've put down to people having slower brain reactions because of the heat.

So stay hydrated people, and stay AWAY from the FRONT of Mr T's CAR.

In the past 12 hours I have formally complained to Northern Rail, a haulage company and the HGV licensing authority dudes. And wrote a letter to the council about their proposal to build new homes near us. Not one a day without some form of confrontatin

I was going to complain to the council but as it turns out the problem I've got is a common one. They've ordered these snazzy new recycling lorries -

to help people recycle more. Only some folk aren't getting their rubbish collected at all now and it turns out that the new lorries are too big for some of the town's narrow streets.

Last day in the old ugly office overlooking the homeless shelter. Moving back to the main, ugly site next week, but no longer guaranteed a desk so it'll be a case of either getting in early or wandering aimlessly trying to find a Wi-Fi signal. Might complete the form so I can get the option of working in either the cold war bunker or the local fire station if there's a free hot desk, just for the hell of it.

In the Telford office we had more staff than desks, it was silly.

That's ridiculous. I get antsy if we have an office move around, and I have a permanent desk. I can't imagine how badly that would affect my work to have to hot desk every day, and not be able to personalise my environment.

That's not quantifiable though. Paying the landlord for fewer desks is.

I have my own desk but have to desk share so hot-desk too. I hate it. I have my desk set up to help me work in the best way possible so lose that when I have to move. I have a lot of paperwork that I need to refer to too, so have to keep coming backwards and forwards to my actual desk anyway. Also I have a window which I can just open when it's hotter than 25degrees and people are still saying it's cold.

The other month, we were Assembing on the West Lawn for Reason when the lady over the road came running out of her house. She'd bought Child One a stuffed Rabbit and knitted clothes for it. Which was nice. Child One likes it, so that's all good. On Saturday she came over again, and had knitted clothes for Child One's baby doll (Trousers, cardigan and scarf. A Mr Chris disguise). I should find out her name as it is a bit awkward.

Buy some M&M's, it's 2-for-1 entry to Legoland. Or other Merlin attractions, seeing as you're going to that London. You probably need to go one morning in mid-November to actually comply with the T&C's, mind.

Still... Have fun!

I think they look much 'cheaper' in Kov's photo than they do on the website. The pattern you can like or dislike, but the material looks well cheap when they are on Kov's feet compared to on the website.

Quick recommend-me-do - has anyone used one of those USB battery packs with a built in solar charger? Are they actually worth getting for the extra auto-recharging-ness? It's probablu going to be used whilst camping, so it will be outside in the sun much of the time.

YouTuber Marina Joyce says she is 'totally fine' as fans express concern

Police in London say that YouTuber Marina Joyce is "safe and well" after fans said they were worried about her welfare.

The 19-year-old has also tweeted: "I'm totally fine guys."

It's after the hashtag #savemarinajoyce trended this morning on Twitter.

Concern spiked after she posted a message inviting fans to a morning party in Bethnal Green in east London. Some fans thought she was being "held captive".

Confusion over morning meet-up

Marina has approximately 600,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel.

Fans have discussed their concerns over what they say is a "change in her behaviour" in her videos.

There are even claims she's been "forced" to make some of her clips.

On Tuesday, Marina tweeted about a morning party called "Morning Gloryville" at the Oval Space in Bethnal Green, scheduled for 3 August according to Facebook.

But a message on Tuesday night led to huge confusion about the event and her whereabouts.
