Could it have been centripetal?

I thought the Pipettes sang about centripetal motion on Because It's Not Love (But It's Still A Feeling)"
(Track 10 of their debut album) but checking the lines are:

And we Dance (Dance)
And we move a little closer
Dance (Dance)
Oh yeah with that triple motion
Dance (Dance)

So that is disappointing.

That would have been 'cool story, bro' but the added effort of going back a month to find the post to quote downgrades it even from there down to just 'okay.'

It was part way through the first round, if you don't mind.

In the absence of any clear rules we decided you couldn't attack through doors, so much to Ian's delight we had to keep it going.

I used to play something like this at my nans, but it wasn't this. I'm going to have to do some googling.

:This:

I've been considering putting an ad in the local paper along the lines of "WLTM a Pipette. Don't care which one. Call me." So far my married status has prevented this from happening.

Mini fop too is a big fan, her favourite song being Dirty Mind. Which isn't what you want to hear a four year old singing. But at least it isn't one direction.

Gwenno did play Glastonbury this year. I considered going to see her, but she sings entirely in Welsh, so fuck that.

I'll be alright. I used the alcohol gel on my hands (and then had to touch the door to get out)

Anyway, I had some money, a Black Country dialect book (Yo bayn't a bad un bisn't?) a mini R2D2 USB vacuum, a Spider man toy (which my youngest has took to bed) a new hoodie and the best bit is I'm going out with the wife on Friday night, just the two of us!

Yes we are! The Miller and Carter steakhouse. We used to go there all the time before we had kids so I'm really looking forward to it. My brother is baby sitting for us so we've got a whole night to ourselves.

I might try to convince her to play Ghost Castle with me when we get back but I doubt she will.... Can't win em all.

Miller and Carter at Sutton Park is the paid family go to meeting place when there's too many of us to fit in one house. We have them in London but they're shit compared to the midlands ones.

In Brum today. Had four hours sleep due to being late back last night from netrunner and H-Bomb screaming from half four. Applied for four jobs already on train, and annoyed a woman by waking her up to move her 70l rucksack from the seat so I could sit down.

Sometimes when I board a busy train or bus and there's a choice of single seats sitting next to strangers I make sure to choose the ones where someone has placed a bag. I'm even more inclined to do this if the bag is on the window, not the aisle seat.

"Are there no prisons?" asked Scrooge.

"Plenty of prisons," said the gentleman, laying down
the pen again.

"And the Union workhouses?" demanded Scrooge.
"Are they still in operation?"
