I liked the bit when the (bloody excellent) Slovakian keeper punched the ball really hard into Harry Kane's stupid face.

The problem is fear, they seen scared to cross the ball, puss out forwards or anything attacking. Every player needed at least 3 touches prior to looking up, full back s cutting inside every time the passing back. I don't know if this was tactical, but it needs to change, especially against a team who were barely interested in leaving their half at times.

Should play a 3-4-3 with a flat 4 and just try to outscore everyone. The defence is tubbish as it is so might as well go ip the field.

Watching that was awful, at no point did England exhibit any tactical ability at all. I was genuinely supporting Iceland, they looked so much better and interested.

If ever this tattered Country needed a lift; it's terrified people's something to cheer about; a crumb of comfort.... and our footballers duly oblige by losing to Iceland, a country with the population of Leicester and not one professional club. I was supporting Iceland. I mean at first, it was a bit of a wind up (I don't really care about Association Football in any form any more), but as I watched, they enthused me. They showed passion, and thoroughly deserved their win.
