Did any one else watch this last night? I was actually in floods of tears by the end. Very moving documentary.

Assisted dying. I have heard at work how good it was. I might watch it.

Sorry for not explaining. It's about a guy who finds out he has motor neurone disease. But it's not a normal type it's a very aggressive type that basically renders him almost immobile within a year.

It's hard to watch. Like very, very hard to watch. Watching a human being deteriorate like that is hard watching. But I found it compelling.

Just make sure you have a packet of tissues at the ready. Right now I dose up on meds that make it almost impossible for me to feel any emotion but there's a bit right at the end that just broke me. It was like I held it in for over thirty minutes then just couldn't take any more...

I've got as much interest in this as I have flicking through videos on Liveleak.

Life's too depressing to watch someone kill himself for real.

Yeah, I don't know what I'd learn from it. I'm sure it's really sensitively done and whatnot but it's not like I'm currently on the fence about whether people should have more control over the end bit of their lives.

Well I was still on the fence a little but after seeing what happened to the poor sod I am now off it, and would like my life to be ended before I ended up as a veg. And it wasn't until literally the last ten minutes that I changed my stance.
