No, I just don't bother with online access to our bank account - I lost my access keycard thing and Mrs K does it on the odd occasion it's needed (paying for builders or whatever). To be honest I haven't bothered checking what's in our bank account or looking at a bank statement for quite a few years now.

It took me 3 months to get them to let me use my paypal account after I tried to send TheVision £2 for the rumble sweepstake and they decided it was gambling (which technically it is, I guess).

Despite me having a verified business account and having jumped through a million hoops already, they decided to request another bunch of identification earlier this year, some of which I didn't have because it didn't apply. Even though they admitted on the phone it didn't apply, they couldn't remove it from the account. Took a lot of phone calls to put right, during which I lost business.
