Usually when I go to the dentist I get told to brush my teeth properly. This has been going on for over 30 years now. Today, I got a new one. As well as being recommended to floss, the dentist was concerned by the amount of tea and coffee I drink after realising I don't smoke. So, guess I should either cut-down, go to the hygienist, or buy whitening paste again. Still, that's that over for another nine months or so. |
