Just had a crossword clue that was "e.g I Hair D (7)"

Hair the musical. D, as in Tenancious D, rockers. Rock musical: Hair the rock musical. Also I: I have got a clue.

Mimi got the answer as it fit the rest of the letters, but the answers are in the back of the book so we did check it afterwards.

Typing errors might be right. We had a clue in one of the earlier crosswords where the clue was Dominion (6).

The answer was Empire in the back and there were seven squares for the answer.

This shoddy compilation? The Telegraph.
