What, "or filling"? That's because you'd already said filling - i.e. it can be either icing or filling - neither that, nor the sentence in full, makes what I said wrong.

Now if it had said "or filling when used inside cakes" that would exclude it from being called icing when used as a filling, but that's not what it says.

It being called filling doesn't stop it being an icing though? Hence why it's in the icing wiki: it's still icing - same ingredients, same ratio of butter to icing sugar, same thing.

But sometimes you have things that are the same. Like wood in a frame in a wall with hinges . Most of the time it is a door, but sometimes it is ajar.

I think my grandmother would call it buttercream when used inside a cake and buttercream icing when used to top cakes, but I bet both are used interchangeably by some folks. As long as it tastes good

Think I might buy Summoner Wars as I have enjoyed playing it on my phone.

Debating whether to bring 'Dead of Winter' or not. Not played it yet but just re-read the rules and it isn't as complicated as I thought. If I get round to trying a sample game before C-Day I might bring it as it's one I'm itching to get my teeth into.

I almost bought that, would definitely be up for a game.

I played it at Gill and Jen's so kind of already know the rules. It seems complicated at first but you soon get into a routine with each turn.
