Ssome of you know, I had a stroke earlier this year, and as a result I have limited mobility in my left side. I'm looking for a cheapo PC joystick with buttons on top that I can use with just my right hand. Mainlly for emus and that.

Woud this work? http://www.amazon.co.uk/ThrustMaster-29 ... c+joystick

I always found the 'upright' joysticks like that either wobbled too much to be of use , or were really hard to do precision stuff with.

If its mainly for emu type stuff would a wiimote plus nunchuck not work out better ?

The nunchuck has a reasonable analogue stick and multiple buttons and can be used with one hand easily (the wii-mote needs to be connected but it can sit in your pocket or somewhere else) - i've not looked at drivers for it in ages but dont see any reason why you cant tailor it in windows to do what your looking for ?

One other suggestion would be a 360 pad and only to use one side - this actually struck me recently while playing GW3 on the PS4 - and found that the balance and weight of the DS4 is slightly too much to play pacifism one handed but i do remember playing the 360 one a lot like that just using my right hand - it may be tricky for multiple buttons but trigger and thumbstick may work for you ?

I think these flight sticks are too loose to be of use for arcade like games. If you're playing amiga games, for example, you can order a 9pin adapter from Atari Age, and use an old joystick.

As for everything else, i don't know any tighter joystick with more than 1 button.
