Remember Pimp My Sandwich, I mean, Ride? Huff Post wrote about some of the cars and what happened before, during and after the show. I'm not surprised in the slightest that some of it is TV smoke and mirrors and despite the negative tone of the piece it sounds like the people whose rides were pimped had a unique story to tell and probably wouldn't change it for the world.

No, traditional 'pie and peas' is basically a hot pork pie with mushy peas. Of course other pies are available to eat with peas, but they aren't the same thing.
