Not quite, but not far off.
All the IT services in the building are provided by a separate company, and it's part of the conditions of the lease that you can't get your own lines installed. The owners of the business centre and the owners off the IT company all used to work together, so it's very incestuous.

This wouldn't be a problem if they were charging a sensible amount, but they are taking the piss.
They will have their own leased line into the building which they are then subsdividing for the tenants, and charging far more than it's worth.

That's not #snapping though is it? You can only #snap side by side on windows 8, can't you? A quick search reveals that you can #snappitysnap windows in each corner on windows 10 though. #flimflam

Yeah, in Windows 8 and 7 you can only do half of the screen for each window using #snappitysnap. If you have dual monitors, the only way to snap things to the "inside" of a display is with the Windows key and the cursor keys (as far as I'm aware).

There are doubtless little applications you can get that can tile things nicely, though.

When you've got a few success stories, you should use the blog posts bit in WordPress to keep those updates, then set your front page to display snippets of your latest updates or similar :)

Kids stop crying when you leave them at nursery after a bit, yeah? And MrsA?

Yeah, although it can take a while before they don't cry when you drop them off and again when you pick them up.

It sounds like dropping your child off at nursery for the first time is probably one of the most traumatic things ever.

Dunno, MrsA does it as it is by her work. She seems to get really upset about it. We're not sure what the child does all day but she cries when picked up ad well.

Doesn't want to go, but then doesn't want to leave, possibly.

Children are stupid.

It's ok. I was going to reply quoting something I saw recently about the most distressing thing being "seeing a screaming goblin surf its way out of your wife's snatch on a wave of turds". But I didn't.

Onnie is generally okay being dropped off and picked up. The intro to nursery was phased in, with the first time being for a few minutes, then an hour, etc. We're pretty dull, so she quite likes going there and playing and being sociable.

It's normal. It's horrible, but it's normal. :( It does get better, for both sprog and parent. Usually sprog adjusts well before parent.

And then you have #2 and you throw them in and run, cackling about uninterrupted pees, snot free clothes and coffee that you can drink while it's still hot! :DD

Mine cried when I dropped them off but I adopted the dump and run approach. Made of stern stuff you see.

It doesn't last forever though. They soon get used to it.

I know I'm probably a bit easily wound up at the moment, but I feel really annoyed that my bag of popcorn has a big graphic banner that says 'MADE FROM CORN' across the front.

I've had to eat the whole bag just to get that stupid thing out of sight.

I bought a bag of ice the other day from the Co-Op which proudly proclaimed "Made from British Water" in massive letters on the front.

"British Water" :blown:

That's brilliant! You need to ring up the hotline (for there is surely a hotline) and ask them how they can prove the nationality of the water.

According to the wife, in some book that she read, the crying is some sort of self protection thing. From the times that humans were savages the kids have to show loyalty to you and that you are indispensible to them so that you don't disown them, so the crying when you leave is them pretending they're going to miss you when you're gone, and the crying when you get back is them pretending that they did it throughout, so that you don't question their loyalty. It sort of proves itself as the crying will stop within seconds of you being out of sight.

All I know is that it got on my fucking tits.
