There is some story about a "Winter Wonderland" attraction being shit and or having to close and refund money. Here's the first one of 2014

The owner has been on PM twice this week. Seems open and honest. He admitted it was shit and said he was working hard to make it bit shit earlier on in the week and was on today saying that feedback had been very posite. Many listeners commended his candidity.

Cardiff Winter wonderland swings crash got to question the people running it when the kids filming on their mobile phones realise it is dangerous well before it is stopped!

Judging by the comments on Facebook from people visiting this weekend he will be admitting its shit for some time to come.

Main complaints are the lack of response to issues from customer service, the fact they don't wrap presents and that the Santa's are a mixed bag!

Its also had its bad press so will get moaners what ever he does now, also its maybe £90 for a family of 4 vs £2000 or more to go to Lapland so people need to be realistic.
