D L C is easy it's like counting up to 3, a simple harmony, that's how easy love can be.

I was only thinking yesterday that with Dark Souls 3 confirmed for March that the DLC for this would be out by the end of the year.

No I ain't. It shows as purchased but doesn't download until you put the disc in and then you turn it on and it says that an update is required. Fucking modern gaming can shave my ballsack.

I haven't played this in ages and I'm struggling to get back into the flow of it. It's probably cliche for a Souls game but fuck me this is hard.

T'is not so easy. Shouldn't really be doing it in NG+, but there you go.

Shit, I forgot I'm on NG+ too. I ran into some hunter with the beast claws who has absolutely marmalised me.

I've made it far as those sods that hung around outside Cainhurst castle. Which I couldn't reliably kill on NG, let alone NG+. So I haven't yet dared to go down to meet them yet, but have run out of other paths to take.

I'm quite tempted by Bloodborne, but I've had Dark Souls for around 5 years and never made it further than an hour in.

Should commit to DS before getting involved with BB. BRB.

I had the same problem with those spider gits. I had no end of trouble in the castle grounds and triggering two or more was sure fire death.

Fortunately they have a limited range before they get bored and go back to standing with their backs to you so it's possible to rush in and smack them up and rush back. Still shit heads though.

I got as far as the hunter with the chain gun yesterday (very close to the blood spiders). I was so close to nailing him but I got stuck running away in the tight corridor where you fight him and he caught up and pelted me a good un.

They seem to be much easier than they were in Cainhurst. Maybe it's because they're the fat ones.

Reached the first boss now. He's... not very friendly.

Depends on how bastard hard you like it. And whether you're far enough through in NG+.

Where does the DLC start in the main game? I only briefly began NG+ before Witcher 3 came out.

I can't kill the fucking witch. Hell, most of the time I can't even get to her.

And I tinkle my little bell and no-one answers :(

Which witch?

ZOMG Spoiler! Click here to view!
If you're talking about the one in the hemwick village, reduce your insight to 0, it'll stop the other things appearing, making taking out the two witches easy. Try to spread damage between them to stop resurrection. At the start of the fight, they're both there, but oly one health bar is visible.

Have you put in a password. I think that stops matching you with anyone with the same password. Although if it's the one above, I wouldn't think it's a hotbed of coop, due to the cheese available.

Yeah, that witch. I'll try consuming all my insight, as I've got loads of skulls to bring it back up again if I need to. Ta!

As far as I can tell, the only real danger is explosiobs if you stand like a goon in front of her. They hurt.

As for getting there, you can run past most obstacles, assuming you've unlocked the big gate shortcut.

I have. But there's a bit just before her with an executioner and two mad old ladies and a third mad old lady with molotov cocktails who keep fucking me up.

I kicked her / its / their arses!

Well, actually, I just ran about and two big boys did most of the fighting.

Then I found the abandoned workshop: that was pretty fucking odd.

Forbidden Forest: Done!
Woman in the clinic: Pwned!
Three wizard dudes: Rekt!

Bugger, that was a slog. In happier news the next area (Burgerworth or whatever) is tiny! I got to Rom, but I'll leave him for tomorrow.

There is a letter you can pick up in there. It would appear in the keys section.

Hmm, nope. Does it matter when you kill her, or if you don't send her any people, do you think?

Nah, should be sitting on a table there. I believe in the room which leads down to the first area of the game.

No. Should be a summons letter which you pick up, on the bench where you get the injection right at the beginning of the game. (Next to the blue alien thing)

I'm so close to the end of this now, I reckon I could jizz on it.

The fucking buildings are hurting me now if I look at them funny.
