My, you have all been busy. It's astonishing. Also I'm terribly sorry and I did try to heed the sign but I might have left some carts on the track. They stopped and I got out and then they fucked off on me.

You're in Gazchap. And you don't need anything but Vanilla.

It's the pigs that you have to watch for.

Jesus. That makes the server Zeppo and I are running look positively sparse.

Getting out and brushing against it tends to nudge it and it will roll a short distance. Carts only roll a short distance if unoccupied. If you do come to a grinding halt (animals on the line or something) then get out, push it, and quickly rightclick it to jump back in. As soon as you hit one of the red sections of tracks (powered rails) you'll be propelled forward and resume your journey at proper speed.

FYI, the CPR (my big double-tracked railway) is intended for travel on the LEFT or you might encounter problems with the hills as only the 'upward' slopes will be powered.

Or someone coming the other way, one would imagine.

Is there a video guide? I'd love a look around but I imagine I'd get lost.

Just open the dynamic map webpage, and you'll see where you are at all times. Also, I think the clouds are always moving west.

Want to visit Craster's Pazland Beach Resort Complex?

The Scenic Steam Railway is now open! A new platform has been built at Truth & Reconciliation station (Line 1) to allow you to quickly travel to the resort, taking in some nice forest and coastal sights along the way (as well as Coconut, Zoralina's very friendly dragon)

To use:
-put some coal in the powered cart (right click it with coal in your hand) while it is pointing in the direction of travel with an empty cart in front of it on the ramp
-get in the empty cart
-press the button on the platform to energize the rails and start moving!

If the powered cart stops but is still emitting smoke, nudge or right-click it to start it moving again. You will likely outpace it going downhill but it will catch up again as you slow down.

I'm still working out the kinks but it seems to all work properly.

EDIT: No it doesn't! I'm going to bed now but I've tweaked it into several different setups and can't quite get it to work consistently. I think I've worked it out but it seems to be best if the empty cart is on the upper of the two powered ramp blocks, the powered at the lower. Anyone who wants to test it, please let me know if that works.

I will come and look at the *big world* on thursday and heres why:
My PC is an ancient clunky thing that I have to wind up and it sounds like a jet, it only runs MC with any smoothness when I turn all the settings down. to remedy this I did the sensible thing and bought a whole new PC which will arrive on thursday and will allow me to drink in the wonder that is (by all accounts) Pazland without it being shrouded in thick fog
