I quite enjoyed it.... the first puzzel was really hard to keep up with.

I agree the filming of the assult vourse was crap

I was thinking the same thing, I even went to the extent of starting a topic FFS!

Still, finish at one. Seriously, what was the point of dragging me into work for a half day?

I start back on Monday.

New Year was a good laugh. In keeping with approved BeeX tradition, I was in the company of two other BeeXers. Though admittedly, one of them only has the one post.

Good job I didn't get Guitar Hero: World Tour or a 360 Steering Wheel after all. Just been told by Toyota that (despite what they originally said on Wednesday) the replacement of my front discs wouldn't be covered under warranty because them being corroded is wear and tear as opposed to a defect.

So that's another £200 down the drain.

I think he said it was £113 for the two discs, plus labour charges to fit.

That's for OEM discs though. For that sort of money I may as well just buy a set of EBC front discs and either fit them myself (and possibly kill myself at the same time) or pay an indie garage to do it, they probably won't charge a labour rate of £60/hr.

Oh joy. First, the controller booked to work with me this weekend has just had to rush home as his father in law passed away suddenly. Then my compatriot on the other desk announces he's been allowed to go home early as he's coming in super early tomorrow morning, leaving me to cover both desks until 8pm when his relief comes in (and she's coming in two hours early). And I'm due in early tomorrow as well.

Honestly, our managers couldn't find their arses with a laser guided arse-finding machine.

I went to Manchester today. Had lunch with a couple of friends and we watched The Spirit (which was totally daft, and very naff, but we enjoyed it).

Gaz, I'm sorry to see your car keeps costing you money, you might want to keep it to enjoy all that money you've spent on it now. :o :S

Today I cycled to Corfe Castle and I just watched an episode of Doctor Who with Joan Sims running around with a gun in a place I went on a school trip to in 1987. Good times!

I've just experienced Geometry Wars 2 on a 46" telly.

I am now going to lie down in a darkened room for half an hour or so.

I simply could not get to sleep last night. After a week of getting up just after noon for the late shift, having to then fall asleep at 11pm to be up for 7am is utterly impossible. All I have to show for it is a very very very tired self and a pounding headache.

There's no such thing as RA3. The third one's called "Rasputin", and the sequel will be "Russia's Greatest Love Machine".
