Autodigging ponds is EXCELLENT. Demand.

Moose are also excellent. Kate will demand, so I think I might have to go out and buy this later.

Fun mode suggests no achievements, so, no.

Achievements? Pah - I see YOUR priorities :p

You can also co=op work a garden, so you can auto-dig ponds whilst Kate attracts another moose (I'm joking, I'm sure you're just gorgeous :D )

Also, you can play on-line co-op too, with up to three other people.

Well, mine was £30, and I would rather have that £5 than the cards, but it is the principle as much as anything.

Hmmmm... I am not certain this is the case, but I seem to be having a bit of trouble creating a Pinta Vision card.

I made one yesterday to send to everyone here. It was a little robin with a disco wig, moon boot, star-shaped galsses, tie-dyed tie and a bracelet. So, as well as the cost of all that it cost another 1,600 to make it a card available to everyone. Now, it never did arrive on the site, which was irksome as it took me down to my last 300 coins to make the card, but I worked in the garden, sold a few things and thought I'd try again today.

But today the option to create a card has gone - it's just no longer present in the game. There was a game update forced by the 360 this morning, and I am wondering if that has removed that function.

Can others have a peek to see if the same has happened to them, or if they see anything regarding it please le us know.

Cheers, big ears.

You just hold them up in front of the camera and it scans them in, then the animal/item etc is in your garden.

As long as you focus the camera correctly the first time it really couldn't be simpler.

I'm getting quite a few wildcards and two pairs of twins now, also.

I didn't realise you had to get all of the hearts for it to happen, I was just getting the minimum amount I needed.

Get it MaliA, you know all of the cool kids have it (apart from Dimrill, because of his evil post man :( )

The pinata card creator is working again now.

No idea what that was about.

Must buy and make lunch. Nooooooooo...

You get some with the game (two) you get some when yo buy the game from some retailers, you can get them on the internet, you can make your own in the game (and then they are sent to the vivapinata.com server). If you look at the vivipinata.com site now and search for the pinata vision card you can see all of the ones that have been uploaded in the last couple of days, which will obviously increase with time.

Jasmine - I think I might be at level 20 now and can get a tombstone, but Viva Pinata is being forced off the tv by the football :( If you've not got one by the time the footy finishes I'll bung one your way in a crate :)

The pinata card I created has finally uploaded!

here he is in all his disco glory:

I have attached it in large form, hopefully someone here will like him. He's only a little robin, but he's very funky

I've had a quick play on the DS version. I like it. It's surprisingly pretty and good fun. I still think I don't get the game though, but it's starting to click. Apparently it has 30 more piñata than the first 360 one, and they are well animated and pretty.

I thought it would be a cheap cash in, but it really isn't.

I had a go of the DS version the other day - seems OK, I am impressed with how much they managed to bring from the 360 version.

Did you get a tombstone, GJ?

Yeah, I leveled up to 20 then went for a nap - up last night with Chloe teething, so playing just sent me to sleep! Anyway, I checked the shop on my return and there was one there, made some medicine and I have a Crowla :)

Just need to work out two of the flutterscotch colours now!

lost some hours to this earlier.

seems very very similar to the first, including characters' dialogue but is just as enjoyable as it ever was.

Mimi, I sent you a Mimi.

When you say co-op gardening, is it simultaneous or that you can take turns logging into it?

Well, if you are playing online cooperative gardening you'll have your own camera control, I suspect.

If you mean 'couch co-op' as it is called in the manual, there is one person who has the main control with access to all tools, etc, and they have control of the camera. The second player has access to shovel, watering can, etc and by carrying out tasks with the main tools fills a special meter that allows them to do more specialised tasks like heal a sick animal, tinker an item, etc.

I've not tried either of these, I have just read it in the manual :P

It would be couch co-op, as unlike Ramsea and Flis we're not rich enough to have two 360s.

I intended to buy it today, but as I ended up instead having to spend £15 on a taxi to allow me to retrieve my car so I can take it to the repair shop tomorrow, I didn't. Bah!

So, who has the new Viva Pinata Game, exactly?
I want to send random stuff to people, but I am not sure who has the game and I want to sent a crate to everyone.

Also, I seem not to have LOADS of peoples Gamertags. I used Grim...'s bulk importer doodah and just assumes it had done it's job, but I had a look at it and I was wrong :P I have manually entered a few names but it was taking ages and I have a Yorkshire pudding in the oven :P

I added you, Rev Owen, and I thought I'd send your wife a crate, but I thought I'd check to see if she played on your account or if she had one of her own, and if so if she'd mind me adding her gamertag to send her something.

I want to know how to make a specific pinata but I don't want to ask or gameFAQ it, yet the only way I can think to approach it is to feed another pinata every possible type of seed/plant/fruit/flower. hmph!

There are other ways of engineering pinata, if you remember the Reddhotts and Pigxies, Twingersnaps and Fourheads from the original Viva Pinata.

Which animal is it that you want to make? Don't worry, I won't blurt the answer out if I know it :P

My wife's playing under her own account, her tag is Pantherbun. She'd love to have a new friend.

(And she says to say her Ravelry name is HarleenQuinzel if you want to add her there too.)

Thanks, Rev O!

Added and added :smug:

Mr Ree - (ooh, mystery!) a lot of the things are quite logical in terms of what foods a imals like, but I think for the colours just go through all of the green foods, flowers and seeds, but if you are steadfastly not looking at any guides (I didn't for the first game, but mostly because I couldn't be bothered, and I did take a cheeky peek on a few occasions) but for this I actually... gosh... bought a guide. Irk. Well, I figured there was so much of the first game that I just didn't see and would never have seen as there were just too many possible combinations, so I decided to play this differently.

Mimi, you are stark raving bonkers and I love you for it! :smug: :luv:

I laughed so loud when I opened that crate the kids came running downstairs to see what had happend! :DD

I want to know how to make green flutterscotches too, I have white, red and yellow atm.
