Bring on the weed, man!
Let's be honest, I am sure if you wanted to you could get your hand on some weed. Is it really the legality that is stopping you?

You know how lazy I am. It's mostly the hassle.

The laws should be for the good of the population, IMO. Otherwise America would probably still have slavery.

No no no no no.

Criminal laws should be there solely to prevent people from causing harm to other people. The criminal law should not be there to stop people from fucking themselves up, however good that might be for the NHS and taxpayers, otherwise once you go down that road of justification you're banning McDonald's, booze, mountain biking, casual sex and (and this is where Craster gets out the muskets) bacon.

I've no desire to smoke anything (except bacon perhaps!) or inject or snort anything either. But as for the getting any drugs illegally, I have absolutly no idea where one would start to try and get anything at all!

Legalising would make it easier for me to get high!

I still don't think I'd bother though!

The debate seems to be moving on a bit over here. This guy is our Chief Minister, so the equivalent of David Cameron.

Quote:
Mr Bell insisted, however: ‘I’m not saying it should be legalised but that there should be a different approach. I’ve an open mind on this – chanting the long-established mantra that “drugs are bad” is not going to resolve this issue at all. There needs to be fresh debate on how we deal with drug use, including possible decriminalisation.

‘I think we have to consider every approach to take criminality out of drug use. The vast majority of people who do drugs do it recreationally and should not be considered criminals.’

Mr Bell said he was approached 20 years ago while he was Tourism Minister about whether the opening of a cannabis cafe could stimulate the tourism industry.

He said: ‘It would be premature to say we support cannabis cafes at this stage. But I do think the issue does merit further consideration.’
