Has there been some secret pact between the groups to upload the most ridiculous cheesy pop ever? If so well done!

Aqua and B*Witched are getting points and Le Tigre's Deceptacon is brilliant of course. Even if it is a bit of X-ray Specs rip off.

I miss Aqua the most so they can have the three points. Lene ... swooon!

"Some say I look like mi dad... I fight like 'im too" okay B*Witched you can have the 2.

Oh in the incredible event of someone here not being able to remember what that song sounds like, here's a working video link:

If I had 4 votes Ben Folds would get the 4th.

I really considered Another Girl, Another Planet for my song this round.

My job involves having to call Vodafone's tech support desk about half-a-dozen times a day. They had that song as their hold music for about three months, and I never got tired of it.

I didn't get my selection in time and Mark helpfully posted one up for me instead. I think I can guess which... :)

The embarrassment of having a Queen song associated with your name! HA!

Week Five theme now picked by Mr Chris, and it's a topical "Songs that are appropriate for our economy taking a nose dive".

Don't forget, all Group B-ers still need to pick a song for Week Four, "Songs that have parentheses in their titles".

Coincidentally, just to clarify the Song Wars Secret Rule, should a song allocated by me to a person actually finish in the top three, they don't win any points for it. After all, it would hardly be fair if someone who actually chose a song lost out just because I'd misjudged the power of Aqua. As a consolation, the votes *will* still count towards your 'goal difference' in the league table. This notional Song Wars Rulebook is getting awfully full, isn't it?

I've got a brilliant song for that theme but I'm not in this group. I'll just give you some keywords to help you locate the song:
Jeans
Kong
Martian
Zoo

The song isn't actually that good but it fits the theme.

DR Jones - seemingly not one of the worst songs of the 90s by the looks of things.

Trust me, this forum is going to be so much quieter by the time this competition has finished.
