Contador's crash on saturday looked pretty hard. He's a fair bit down on time, too. He'll get 3rd at a push. I think Porte will struggle to get top 5. Pinot is 25 seconds behind and will get at least second. |

The French Press is not taking this very well, at all I think Froome won by his rivals not doing so well. Contador looked tired, Nibbles rode himself into form it seemed and Quinraina looked to gamble in the alps. Sky had a superb race to control yellow, and there were some ... |

Bastille Day.
Hilltop finish, 7 categorised climbs. Expect mayhem.
Looks insanely hard day. Contador to crack today, as it looks like he's been rolling his shoulders a bit up sme of the climbs. |

... chance of a breakaway to win. I'm going to call Fabian Cancellara to emerge from the dust, the mud and the whatnots to win. Valverde, nibaldi and Contador to pull a gap from Froome! |

it's only Riblon not going around a corner. Contador has attacked and froome'll have a fucking whinge abouit that as well as peopel shouldn't ride bikes fast dfownhill as it is dangerous and he's shit at it. Like Andy Schleck. |

If I were Contador, I'd be spending most of today crying and trying to work it all out. Froome was phenomoenal. As was the man who thought "I'm going to Ventoux to watch the cycling. I'll need a tent, food, booze and stuffed wild boar." |

... of talk about the 100th Tour being very mountain-y, and Froome is the better climber, but not so good at time trialling, compare to Wiggins. Also, Contador might be back, and a few others, which would increase the competition by quite a lot. So, for Wiggins to win this one, then not defend it next ... |

... to slow down and allowed Cadel Evans to catch up. He's now been nicknamed Le Gentleman by the French media. :) Exceptionally so, given that Contador won a couple of years back by ignoring this rule when Schleck lost his chain (and doping), I think on Le Tourmalet? There were murmerings that ... |
