This isn't very helpful but, like Sir Taxalot, I've an M1 MacBook Air with a hub, and the HDMI on that has connected to three or four different screens - I think all were TVs - without any hassle. All I've done is switch which side the screen is on.

... pad is just such a neat interface. This game alone was worth picking up the second hand Wii U for. It was indeed more fun on the wiiU than on the switch ,even though the world maker makes the switch version very interesting as well... Can you still download levels on the wiiU though?

We have a kettle with similar functions but the blue lights do eventually turn off HOWEVER sometimes after a while of inactivity it goes into 'deep sleep' and won't wake up with any button presses so we have to flick the switch at the socket off, and then back on. It's quite irritating.
